Framework Account Manager

The role

Whilst effectively developing and maintaining new and existing Framework Agreements within your region, everything you do is to drive our business strategy forward and to achieve the objectives set within the Frameworks Sector. You’ll work towards increasing sales in line with CCF’s Insulation growth plan whilst building strategic relationships with Main Contractors and House Builders by providing innovative solutions to meet customer product and service needs. You’ll maintain excellent communications with key stakeholders in our business and introduce and manage the local relationship between the customer’s regional team and the local CCF Branches and Specialist Sales Teams ensuring sales and relationships are maximised to their full potential.

What we are looking for

You will have great communication and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with colleagues and customers at a senior level. Your organisational and time management skills will be excellent as you drive the business forward by improving performance and sales. A good understanding of the construction industry, commercial awareness and the ability to interpret information will also be key. Previous experience in Main Contractor / National Housebuilder account management is preferred although not essential.
