The role

This role is an exciting opportunity for you if you are a passionate and creative Web Developer. You will play a crucial role in driving and owning the Web Team to take our Web to a different level of personalisation.You’ll be responsible for creating optimisation and personalisation customer experiences in our optimisation tool. You’ll be a key member in a team advising key stakeholders of the business about progress and results of these tests as well as recommendations going forward.

What we are looking for:

Whilst experience or knowledge of the Plumbing & Heating industry isn’t essential, you’ll bring a fast paced working ethic that can be adapted to changing priorities and have an aptitude for technically focused subjects. You will be provided with the training you need to complete this role so what we are looking for is someone who is self motivated, enthusiastic, organised, has good numerical skills.

You will be:

• Experienced in basic HTML

• Have some understanding of Personalisation, Photoshop, CMS, CSS

• Be tenacious, resilient and adaptable, with the ability to think on your feet

• Computer literate to a high standard

• Able to work within a fast paced energetic and agile website environment

It would be great if you have worked in an ECommerce or Business Systems environment previously however for the right individual, we can coach in the role.
