We have an opportunity to join our Client Services department as a Google Adoption Champion. This is a brand new opportunity for the business where you manage adoption of the Google Workplace tools for the business.

What you’ll do

As the Google Change champion you will lead and manage Google adoption activities where you will be responsible for adoption, user education, training/upskilling of all colleagues on Google’s products and services, ensuring the business adopts a Google first approach, and maximises the benefits of all Google workspace tools and features.

In this role you will be expected to work with  the key stakeholders within the business, our partner, and Google, to re-establish a network of Google champions and to drive adoption of all Google workspace tools and features, and represent TP in the wider Google community.

Develop a catalogue of Training resources ranging from bitesize learning, in depth training courses and google classroom syllabususes, to ensure new starters, and existing colleagues have access to material that will guide them in best practices across all Google products, and enable them to become more advanced or experts in certain topics.

Build relationships with the Google partner and Google themselves to understand Google’s feature roadmap in order to create communications and adoption programs for them.  Deliver campaigns that maximise the use of google products and reduces costs of any alternatives, as well as regular communications to upskill all colleagues on google features, support the design, development, delivery and management of Google Workspace communications.

- Experienced in leading business wide initiatives
- Strong, positive track-record of innovation and collaboration.
- Advanced understanding of the Google Workspace toolset and its features
- Can build business relationships and manage them.
- Good presentation and training skills
