We have an opportunity to join our Client Services department as a Service Owner for Google. This is a brand new opportunity for the business where you will be the Google Lead and manage the Google environment  for the business.

What you’ll do

As the Service Owner you will lead all Google activities where you will establish Google products as the first choice for the business. It  will be important that you build relationships with the business to understand any problems and work with the Google partner and Google themselves to understand the tech roadmap developing our Google strategy to help solve business problems. As part of your deliverables in this role you are expected to increase adoption, ensure the services and features are utilized to their full advantage in order to obtain ROI from the Google workspace tools. You will lead two people, a Google Super Admin and a Google Adoption Champion and as a team you will ensure that there is a technical roadmap where a google strategy is created to help solve any business problems.

Is this you?

Experience in deploying and or managing Google workspace in large business environments
Deep understanding in cloud SaaS applications
Experience working with or an understanding of tools such as GCDS and GAM
Comfortable with mail flow architectures and routing
Has experience and knowledge of working with security and data compliance policies and tools.
Is able to design and implement business processes to ensure a fast paced constantly evolving platform is fully utilised and adheres to the business security standards and policies.
