Location: Lodge Farm - Northampton
6 Month FTC

Are you a dynamic communicator and enjoy providing a seamless customer service? Do you enjoy supporting stakeholders with queries and offering them solutions? Are you looking for an opportunity to utilise your customer service skills within the HR Function?

If so we want to hear from you, as we've got an exciting new HR System launching and need your support! Joining Travis Perkins as a HR Helpdesk Assistant, you will be the primary point of contact for our Line Managers and colleagues through the launch period of our new HR System.

Principal Accountabilities:

- Primary point of contact for HR System related queries including coaching and navigation of our new and exciting MyHRSystem.

- Respond to HR system questions, offering solutions to problems or escalating further HR related queries to the Tier 2 Team.

- Provide a high level of customer service for our customer (managers and colleagues).

- Communicate all your responses, instructions and decisions clearly.

- Logging and managing all calls and emails.

We’re not asking for you to have worked in a similar role previously, but you’ll need to bring your strong customer service and strong interpersonal skills to join this fun, fast paced environment. Your excellent judgement in understanding how to tailor information for the audience will contribute to ensuring, as a team, we communicate all responses, instructions and decisions clearly.

• Strong ability to prioritise your workload, adapting and responding to changes/conflicting priorities.
