Are you highly organised, fantastic communicator and works well as a part of a team? Can you demonstrate that you are proactive and can come up with new ideas but also think outside of the box? If so, then we have the job for you!

What you’ll do

As the Hire Administrator for BSS you will provide admin support to support branch trading. It is a varied role with some financial focus where you could be clearing account queries and creating reports. You will also be responsible for the creation of tenders to support the winning national account contracts and supporting the allocation of the right pricing levels.

Ideally, you will be highly organised, have great attention to detail and can build strong working relationships with a number of stakeholders. We would like someone to join the team that is proactive, can deal with multiple tasks and can manage workloads but thinks of ways for continuous improvements.
