Travis Perkins are currently recruiting for a confident and engaging HR Analyst to join our Reward team based at our Head Office in Northampton.

What you’ll do
Using your excellent analytical skills, you will collaborate with other HR teams and the wider business to design, promote and execute compensation and employee incentive related strategies to ensure we are able to attract, develop and retain the people required to keep on growing the Travis Perkins Group. The focus will be on delivering a seamless service and understanding the differing needs of our businesses and their colleagues to provide a compelling reward offering which meets their needs and delivers value to the Group.

Along with the above, you’ll also: 
  • Contribute to the design, cost analysis, development, communication and implementation of reward packages across the Group that maintain competitive advantage by attracting, developing, motivating and retaining high quality colleagues
  • Support the salary review and bonus payment cycles and ensure correct awards are made to colleagues in relevant timescales
  • Support the development, implementation and maintenance of all compensation IT systems
  • Undertake allocated compensation related projects and initiatives either as project lead or team member as required supporting the compensation requirements of group businesses
  • Support the design, development, communication and implementation of commercially and competitively appropriate pay and grading structures 
  • Design and develop incentive and performance plans, to coach businesses towards effective incentive design and performance measure selection balancing line of sight and pragmatism
  • Review, benchmark and make recommendations on the competitiveness of the compensation provision within the organisation and in line with the external market, through benchmarking and salary survey completion
  • Undertake market research to benchmark TP compensation practice including salary survey completion and industry networks
  • Undertake compensation reporting and analysis as directed to inform decision making and reward direction

Is this you?
Your drive for delivering insightful business analysis will be key, to ensure success for both our employees and our own business strategy. Utilising your ability to use spreadsheets and presentation tools (within both G-suite and MS packages) and a strong focus on data manipulation and interpretation, you will be able to provide detailed analysis for key business projects. You’ll also have:
Attention to detail, drive and flexibility to deliver great customer service
Excellent communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders at various levels
Questioning mind with the ability to challenge the status quo and an ability to conduct research and interpret/present useful insight
