We are looking for a HR leader of the future to join the Keyline team to support the delivery of an exciting and challenging people agenda to attract, develop and retain the talent needed to support the business growth agenda. The role will be supported with a HR Apprenticeship, level 3 or level 5 depending upon previous experience. With the opportunity to embark on a HR career path within the Travis Perkins Group.

Keyline Civils Specialist is the UK's largest supplier of specialist civils and drainage products and solutions. With a nationwide-network of 44 branches covering the UK, stocking a huge range of materials for all of your building projects.
What will I be doing?
Working for our Head of HR and business leaders you will lead on a wide range of people projects and support delivery of the business unit people plan. Working with line managers, building knowledge and awareness of people processes and support expertise.
This will involve:
Leading on key aspects of the people plan including inclusion, well being, colleague voice and building the talent pipelines through development and apprenticeships.
Taking responsibility for the management of projects from defining scope to measuring success.
Building knowledge and awareness of people processes and available support to enable our Branch Managers to attract and develop the best teams in the industry.
What experience are we looking for?
Previous experiencing of working in a HR function, either within a business unit or in a specialist role
Proven experience of effectively creating, planning and delivering multiple projects.
Can easily build relationships and has the courage to lead as themselves.
Previous employee relations experience and knowledge would be advantageous to enable the effective use of the central centres of expertise.
