Implementation Manager - Cutover

What will you do? Implementation Manager - Cutover

The Implementation Manager will provide leadership to the members of the cutover team while working with the other technical managers and senior management.

Some accountabilities of the role: 

• Working with the TP WorkStream Leads to build the Cutover plan for the TP system elements of the plan

• Work with the HV lead to combine the two streams into one coherent plan without gaps.

• Provide expertise to manage/coordinate cutover activities and war room

• Develop and maintain cutover documentation and schedule

• Support development of technical runbooks and associated training 

• Support estimation of Change requests for Design Authority review and approval

• Setup and run Triage Meetings to resolve Cutover issues

• Provide support to the service lead in setting up the BAU organisation to support the Solution 

• Prepare/conduct briefings, demos or training sessions as needed Is this not the service lead if part of service acceptance or training if part of training

Is this you?

• Experience planning and managing complex ERP Cutovers involving multiple applications, business processes

• Ideally has experience of an Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, however not essential

• Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments within Financials

• Plans and leads major technology assignments

• Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix
