Are you an experienced sales individual working within the construction industry, providing great customer service and having a flair for sales.? If yes, then we have an exciting opportunity that may be ideal for you, an Internal Account Manager to join our Regional Sales Office in Carlisle to support our North and Scotland region.

Due to growth plans, we have created a new and exciting team that will target Regional House Builders across the UK - to identify growth opportunities within new and existing customers. 

Hours - Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 7.30am -  5pm (contracted hours are 40 per week)

What will I be doing?
  • No one day is the same as the next in TP, and now that you have a new found knowledge of our products, here are a few pointers:
  • In this specific Internal Account Manager position you will be working with an Account Director and the Regional Housebuilder team. This is a team solely focused on developing relationships within the RHB sector.
  • You will be reporting into an Office Manager, you will be responsible for liaising with our customers, branches and managers to achieve sales and growth targets. 
  • You will be offering a seamless and outstanding customer service to support with queries, quotations and orders.
  • Taking ownership for quotes/orders from inbound phone calls and make outbound calls ensuring we maintain and follow up all quotations converting enquiries into sales
  • Working directly with preferred suppliers/manufacturers to source the equipment on behalf of the customer
What experience do you need?
  • We are looking for someone who’s enthusiastic, resilient and resourceful, with a sharp eye for identifying new sales opportunities and a passion for excellence. 
  • Experience in a sales role within the construction industry is essential.
  • The ability to work quickly and find solutions for demanding customers across a very varied construction product field.
  • Being well-organised and planned goes without saying,
