What you’ll do

Supported by the Head of Marketing the Internal Communications Executive holds shared responsibility for the businesses internal communication activity. With an equal focus on colleague engagement and customer satisfaction the Internal Communications Executive will scope, create, implement and manage all internal communication activity, while ensuring the smooth daily running of activities to agreed budgets and time schedules. 

The role involves creating and implementing internal communications to support engagement, wellbeing and safety, colleague development and recognition campaigns, as well as business  support. Providing high levels of internal communication expertise and service for the activity which they are responsible for being proactive in the continuous improvement of the engagement, success, processes, procedures and support across these activities.

Do you have  great written and verbal communication skills? Can you build strong working relationships? Are you someone that enjoys working in a team and wants to exceed the team goals? You will need to be highly organised, as there will be deadlines that need to be met - so planning your workload will be needed. An eye for detail and the ability to maintain a very high level of accuracy.
