Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner looking for a new opportunity, can you manage high volume vacancies, multiple stakeholders and able to influence around D&I, then we have an opportunity for you.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Internal TA to join our Central Recruitment Operations team, this is a permanent role based from home with some travel. The successful candidate will be supporting the permanent recruitment across our five specialist merchanting brands. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing in-house divisional recruitment team, where you will gain exposure to an ever changing commercially driven recruitment function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end to end recruitment life cycle. You will take a significant role in shaping the candidate journey, networking and resourcing to ensure we attract the market's top talent to support our employer brand. This is a fast-paced environment so it is essential that you are able to manage a changing list of priorities and work on different projects.

  • Able to build and develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Must be comfortable to influence and challenge when required.
  • Someone with the agility and ability to manage an ever changing workload.
  • Must be passionate about delivering a first class candidate experience.
