Looking for a new start, maybe a new sector, are you an experienced sales individual, always looking to chase a sale and have great customer service experience, if so, we would love to hear from you. We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Assistant to join our Flagship Branch in Manchester on Polo Road, Trafford Park.

We are CCF, part of the Travis Perkins Group, and we are what we call a Flagship branch, we have 25 colleagues and 8 delivery vehicles, 95 % of our business is deliveries, so we are 100% focused on ou customers, we go above and beyond. With a footfall of over 20 Trade customers a day this is a busy branch and therefore our Branch Manager has created a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a culture that takes pride in what we do. 

We work as one team, achieving our goals by listening and supporting each other. Our team is brimming with some of the most creative and savvy minds in the industry, and we remain at the forefront of our markets thanks to our in-house product knowledge and brand marketing experience, so you will be in safe hands. 

Hours - Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm, we have two available shifts, 7.30am 4.30pm or 8am - 5pm and no weekend working - hours can be discussed at interview stage.

What will I be doing?
No one day is the same as the next in a CCF branch, but with your new found product knowledge, here are a few pointers.
  • You will be managing a number of key customers and building strong relationships
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and creating solutions for your customer ledger to deliver long term profitable sales growth for both parties
  • Pricing on new projects
  • Identify areas of growth with existing customers and expanding the share of wallet
  • Being a team player, when it gets really busy, we would love you to help greet our customers on the counter

We really don’t mind what sector you come from, we just want your transferable skills, a passion for sales and going the extra mile for our customers with exceptional customer service, a team player but also someone that is driven enough to work on their own initiative.
