Job Description

Due to our exciting expansion and growth plans we have an exciting opportunity for a Internal Sales Specialist, reporting into our Commercial Support Manager, you will form part of a new team within our Development Sales Office, based in Watford.  You don't need to come from our sector or even know our products, you just need great customer service and proactive sales experience. In return, we can offer you a great induction and onboarding, exposure to a number of apprenticeship programs and career opportunities.  

What will I be doing?
No one day is the same as the next in TP, but here are a few pointers:
  • With your newly trained product knowledge, and data received you will be making outbound calls to new, existing or lapsed customers, proactively promoting new initiatives, promotional activities, whilst also supporting selected branches to help them grow share of their local market.
  • Our business is based on strong relationships and repeat business, so it's key that you can gain an understanding of their needs and requirements to help to deliver sales growth via the selected contacts within our business.
What skills do you need?
  • Previous experience in a similar role. e.g Telesales, Customer Call Centres, Telemarketing or any other sales related role.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and effectively as part of a team.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise your work and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate to a broad spectrum of individuals.
  • IT literate - good working knowledge of software applications.
