Ever wondered how those in the building trade know exactly the materials and quantity needed for a given project? Our in-house estimating team work alongside our nationwide network of branches to deliver accurate, detailed estimates of materials for our customers projects, and we’re looking for a Junior Estimator to join our team based in Northampton.

Our Estimating team have a clear interest and passion in the construction industry, so we hope you will too! You will be fully trained to work with architectural drawings for basic domestic construction projects, to calculate the material and quantity needed by using bespoke systems, which our branch colleagues can then translate into quotations. 

We’re not asking for you to have worked in a similar role previously, but your ability to retain and transfer information, along with your sound mathematical skills will be key to ensuring success for our customers’ projects!

Along with the above, you’ll also have:
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Great organisational skills 
  • Great attention to detail
