Key Account Supervisor - Credit Control

We are looking for a Key Accounts Supervisor to manage a team of credit controllers to meet performance targets and deliver customer service standards whilst developing positive relationships with all key stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.

Balancing a hands on role involving the day to day credit control tasks of calling customers, reviewing accounts, releasing or suspending accounts and orders, setting credit limit, whilst at the same time managing a small team of controllers to drive maximum performance and results within your area. Achieving tough targets in a challenging market sector and managing people of varying levels of skills and knowledge.  Limit & Review sign off, release of orders following review and / or payment commitments and receipts, work rostering and appropriate escalation of any issue as appropriate.
