The Role...
We understand that choosing a new kitchen or bathroom is a big decision. That's why here at Wickes we like to get to know our customers. Whether you’re greeting customers for the first time in store or visiting them in their own homes, you'll take time to listen to their wants and needs and inspire them by talking passionately about the kitchen or bathroom they dream of. You’ll create innovative designs that will help them achieve their aspirations, guaranteeing the sale by attending to every detail and placing customer satisfaction as your priority.
About you...
To us, it's not a big deal if you haven't worked in this industry or type of role before, in fact some of our highest earners had never been in this kind of role - all we ask is that you hold a valid UK Driving Licence. It is beneficial if you come from a Sales background however, what matters is that you have bags of enthusiasm and energy with a passion to stretch yourself and deliver sales through service.
