We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Kitchen Sales Designer to join our business and support our Showroom in Leatherhead. This is a full time, permanent position offering a competitive salary plus attractive benefits.

What experience do you need?
Previous industry knowledge is not essential for this role, we are looking for an individual who is customer focused, has an interest in sales and the passion for success. Having a Full UK Drivers licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role as you will be required to travel. In return, we will provide you with a market leaving induction and onboarding, provide you with CAD training, product knowledge and support you, to become a successful Kitchen Sales Designer.

What will I be doing? No one day is the same in branch, but here are a few pointers:
You will work closely with our customers, listening carefully to what they want and understanding their needs.
  • You will work with the Showroom Manager to help maximise profit within the showroom.At times, you will will visit customers’ homes or building sites, draw up inspirational designs on CAD and present them to the customers. 
  • Whilst offering competitive quotes, you will use your negotiation skills to maximise sales for further growth on margin. 
  • Being a target driven role, you will manage and seek out your own sales leads.
  • You’ll encourage exceptional customer service, making sure we always go that extra mile to secure that repeated business.
  • Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, your aim will be to ensure that all our colleagues and customers leave the Branch safely, by adhering to all stay safe policies and procedures.

As a Kitchen Sales Designer your working week will be 44.5 hours, our opening hours will be Monday - Friday 7.30am-5.00pm (flexibility can be offered and discussed at interview stage) and Saturdays 8am-12pm (working 2 in 4 Saturdays).
