£18,000 - £20,000 starting salary + bonus + great range of benefits
Hours of work: 40 per week, covering opening hours on a rota basis: Mon-Friday 7am-5pm + Saturdays 8am-12noon

Our LEAP Programmes are all about learning and developing and will provide you with everything you need to thrive and grow. Study time is factored in to your working week, so you can achieve your qualification without affecting your work-life balance. We provide a fantastic support network to all of our learners through classroom study and 1:1 coaching and mentoring, as well as technical and skills training to enable you to progress to a management position within one of our stores or branches.

Over this 12 month Apprenticeship, you can expect to cover off modules that explore our safety culture, product ranges, customers and leadership approach. Our experienced team will work with you to ensure you progress through your programme and put in place the foundations to a great career with the Travis Perkins Group.

For the best chance of securing yourself a place on a fantastic career journey, you’ll need to be someone who:
  • Can build relationships with a wide variety of people
  • Has 2+ years experience within a customer facing role
  • Loves to learn, develop and expand their knowledge
  • Holds a full UK driving licence
  • Has achieved 5 GCSE’s at grade C or above, or equivalent
