Marketing Analyst

Principal Responsibilities:

• Support Wickes’ database marketing manager in the day to day management of the Wickes single customer view

• Work closely with Wickes’ CRM & direct marketing team as well as partner agencies and platforms on a wide range of analytical and data projects

• Form bespoke data segments and queries for campaigns and ongoing marketing activities  

• Generate campaign files suitable for cross-channel marketing

• Undertaking statistical analysis on CRM & direct marketing activities

• Presenting the outputs of your research and analysis projects back to the business and key stakeholders

• Demonstrate Wickes’ behaviours, to support personal development goals and helping others to do so

Skills & Experience:

• Graduate with 2.1 or equivalent, preferably in a business, marketing or mathematics based discipline

• 1 Year placement experience in a data related discipline or retail marketing environment

• Creative approach to both problem solving

• Strong English written skills

• Good presentation skills

• Excel & Microsoft Office skills

• Eager to learn and develop

• Experience with SaaS data and marketing platforms is desired but not essential
