- Be responsible for all aspects of branch marketing supporting showroom and trade counters in Branch POS for bay dressing, range changes and supporting campaigns, new product and supplier campaigns.
- Maintain and develop marketing frameworks and mechanisms to support and provide product change initiatives across the brands.
- Recommend improvements to working practices and evaluation procedures to support the branches and report return on investments (ROI) for product marketing initiatives.
- Manage the production and distribution of general in branch collateral that supports the in-store customer experience and brand key messages.
- Support the brands to promote their branches locally, managing and developing tools within brand guidelines to help the branches be proactive including marketing templates, giveaways and event support.
- Champion the use of local marketing for branches and manage reporting mechanisms for Return On Investment measures for potential future marketing initiatives.
- Work with selected agencies, building relations to support marketing initiatives including creative, media and PR for branch requirements.
- Support the brand team with absences and work proactively to support colleagues within the wider Marketing team.
- 12 months marketing experience.
- Creative thinking.
- Knowledge of publications processes.
- Good copywriting, editing and proof-reading skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills and comfortable dealing with different stakeholders.
- Well-organised with strong multi-tasking skills.
- Customer focus.
- Numerate and able to conduct data analysis.
- Comfortable with IT and learning new software.
- Commercial awareness to always ensure best value.
