We are currently looking for a Multi-Channel Assistant to join the Digital team. The role is to work alongside the Digital Merchandisers to ensure a seamless customer experience online. This can include maintaining and updating information used on Travis Perkins websites. As well as enhancing fulfillment data and liaising with our branches and suppliers.

What you’ll do

You will liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to gather appropriate product information ensuring audit procedures are adhered to. Making sure products and associated content are of the standard optimised for SEO and organised in a manner to optimise the customer experience and drive conversion. It is important you are commercially aware and understand the impact of sales and profitability from poor product and supplier data. 

Is this you? 

The successful candidate will have worked in an administration type role before within a fast paced environment, some digital experience is preferred but not essential. Excellent communication skills and strong relationship building is needed as you will be dealing with people in many different roles. You will need strong time management skills and can set target milestones to keep on track of all tasks. Intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft excel, word and powerpoint.
