BSS currently have a number of full time vacancies for an administration role at our National Administration Department in BOSS Court, Grove Park, Leicester which will service all BSS branches throughout England, Wales, Northern Ireland & Scotland. 

What you will do 

Reporting to a Team Leader you will be trained to be multi skilled for:
- Coordinating with branches to help resolve query actions - BS 
- Communication with Branches & Suppliers regarding Invoices ,Queries and supplier returns
- Providing copy documents to customers where required - BS
- Obtaining PODs and information from Branches & Suppliers to support processing Direct to SIte orders, Call Offs, Commissioning reports 
- Effectively supporting the branch network, to increase operational efficiency 

To be successful:

- Your attention to detail and problem solving skills will be to a high standard.
- You will be organised with the ability to plan your workload, have an aptitude for figures, good IT skills, especially using spreadsheets.
- At least C grade GCSE in English and Maths.
- Possess excellent customer service skills and can naturally generate relationships both locally and remotely.
- Highly motivated; must have the desire to make things happen on time.
- Be willing to help others, to work as part of an effective and communicative team.

We are looking for self motivated individuals with good communication skills and with the ability to work well under pressure on their own and as part of the team.  You may work across all of our existing teams as required so a flexible and positive attitude towards your work is essential.
