National Sales Administrator
Location: Crick, Northamptonshire - M1 Junction 18
Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

Are you looking for a new challenge and thrive on delivering customer excellence?  If so we are looking for you! We are currently recruiting a National Sales Administrator to be part of our Estimating team within our Plumbing and Heating division of Travis Perkins. Come join and share our success in a hard-working yet friendly environment. 

Within this role you will be responsible for supporting the estimating teams by managing the shared mailboxes and incoming quote requests via the quote management database to ensure that department KPIs can be exceeded.  Additionally you will ensure the accurate and timely creation of claimbacks, contracts and terms in the Estimating IT platform. 

The role:
  • Log pricing requests on the quote management database
  • Manage estimating team’s shared mailboxes
  • Request claimbacks and prepare each estimate prior to passing to an Estimator
  • Prepare ‘quick quotes’ that do not require claimback and are <10 lines
  • Set up new contracts
  • Any other general administrative duties i.e. archiving, stationary, technical library
What we are looking for;
  • Previous experience working within an Administration role
  • Hold excellent attention to detail and accuracy in your work
  • Customer focused with an excellent telephone manner
  • Work under own initiative
  • A team player with a friendly personality 
  • Previous experience of MS Excel (or equivalent), MS Access, Google Apps for Business would be an advantage
