PA to Regional Directors.

Northampton. ( St James )

30 hours per week. 9.00 - 15.00 Mon - Fri

Do you consider yourself to be ambitious, enthusiastic and energetic and are looking for a new challenge in a diverse role? Travis Perkins plc have a fantastic opportunity for a Regional PA to join our dynamic team based in Northampton.

In this role you will provide general assistance, including the effective coordination of complex activities, to the Regional Director and some of the senior team within the region

(There will be some travel occasionally required)

Duties include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of report packs and presentations.
  • Complex diary management and scheduling including meetings (internal, Supplier, Customer)
  • Organising travel arrangements and their respective itineraries.
  • Receiving and managing internal and external visitors.
  • Receive correspondence and action accordingly.
  • Managing expenses (RD and Senior Mgt)
  • Managing the  process that supports  the effective deployment of the Supplier Joint Initiative Fund (JIF)
  • Organising Customer events pertaining to available JIF funds
  • Coordinating key regional communications, including Regional / Branch Team Briefs and monthly reporting.
  • Supporting (and leading where appropriate) Google based initiatives in the region. 
  • Maintaining required management information on the Regional Drive.
