We, Tile Giant have an exciting Personal Assistant to Director opportunity within our Head Office in Lichfield. This role is to support 2 x Directors (Tile Giant MD and Group H&S Director) with a comprehensive and confidential PA and administrative service, through independent and decisive action.

Proving efficient administrative support to the Directors, you will ensure they are fully briefed and have all relevant information and documentation to attend meetings, events and other activities. You will have a great impact in improving the efficiency of the departmental processes by managing complex diaries, meeting organisation and management of complex travel schedules and itineraires. You will also be responsible for ensuring deadlines are met for board reports/type up correspondence and any minute-taking, so the appropriate documentation is prepared.

Utilising your previous dedicated Personal Assistant to Director experience, you will be joining a dedicated and easy going, close knit team. As you will be joining a fast paced team, your strong organisational and excellent attention to detail will be utilised on a daily basis, within this varied PA opportunity (along side your excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office Packages/Google Docs).
