Part-Time Production Assistant

Primaflow have an exciting opportunity for a Production Assistant to join our fast paced business and friendly team, at our new site Birmingham 100 based in Perry Barr Birmingham, where we work hard to simply deliver more for our customers and colleagues. The new site in Birmingham is due to open at the end of May 2019 and this is a great opportunity to be part of our journey.

The role we're recruiting for:

You will be responsible for carrying out packaging duties, efficiently and accurately to the daily schedule.  

You will be:

• Pack the first item and obtain the necessary quality assurance to continue

• Monitor production against first off sample and on completion refer “last off” for quality control approval

• Packing the items in totes/boxes as specified on the schedule

• Highlight any issues during the process that may affect production against the required plan

It would be great if you had:

A strong drive and focus to manage and gauge your own performance against the daily plan together with an energetic attitude and team spirit.  You will be able to work in a fast moving environment while working safely, accurately and adhering to company procedures.
