Are you an experienced Personal Assistant looking to secure a new role? Are you working in our business already and looking for a new challenge? Have you previously supported at director level and managed a busy, ever-changing diary? If so, we want to hear from you!
 
We have an opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join our Midlands region, supporting three directors in our Travis Perkins branch. The ideal candidate will be based in either Loughborough or Leicester area, with a mix of travel and working from home. 

Working hours can be 30 hours per week, we are flexible on start and finish times to work around you and your commitments.

What will I be doing?
No one day is the same as the next in Travis Perkins especially in a PA position, but here are a few pointers:
  • Diary management, meeting organisation and management of complex travel schedules, itineraries, note taking and email management. 
  • Project work as required to support the regional directors including organising supplier and customer events.  
  • HR support including raising employee contracts, recruitment support.
  • Attend any appeal hearing grievances working alongside employee relations.
  • Being a support and contact to our branch managers in the region.

  • You will be joining a forward thinking, driven team, where your proactive attitude and self starter mindset will be a great fit!
  • Your excellent interpersonal skills will be key for you to succeed in building strong stakeholder relationships.
  • As you will be joining a fast paced team, your strong organisational and excellent attention to detail will be utilised on a daily basis, within this varied PA opportunity (alongside your excellent IT skills we use Google suite, but we can teach you).
