Personal Assistant to Regional Director & Regional Sales Director (part time)

Location - BSS Bournemouth Branch

£Competitive Salary + Benefits

Hours: 25 p/w-  Monday to Friday 8:00 - 13:00.

At BSS we have an exciting Personal Assistant opportunity within our Bournemouth site. This role is to support the BSS Regional Director & Regional Sales Director with a confidential and organised secretarial and administrative service. Providing efficient administrative support and acting at the first point of contact you will ensure briefs, documentation and all relevant information is accurate and provided in a timely manner for meetings, events and other activities. You will add great value by managing multiple complex diaries, organising meetings and by managing complex travel schedules and itineraries. You will also be responsible for ensuring deadlines are met for board reports / type up correspondence and any minute-taking, so the appropriate documentation is prepared. The role also involves specific project work and administrative support to 10 Branch Managers.

This is a great opportunity if you enjoy having the freedom to manage your own workload and thrive in ensuring deadlines are met. Utilising your previous dedicated Personal Assistant experience, you will be joining a dedicated and easy going, close knit team. As you will be joining a fast paced team, your strong organisational and excellent attention to detail will be utilised on a daily basis, within this varied PA opportunity (alongside your excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office Packages/Google Docs).

What you’ll need to know:

You will be joining an up beat team, where your proactive attitude and self starter mindset will be a great fit!

Having previous experience within a similar role, you will be able to identify ways of improving efficiencies of the departmental processes and drive improvements.

Your excellent interpersonal skills will be key for you to succeed in building strong stakeholder relationships, alongside your UK Driving License/own transport as there will be adhoc travel to other sites to meet stakeholders face to face.
