Are you looking for a new career opportunity, do you enjoy working in a sales environment that is customer-led?  Do you have supervisory or management experience as well as a knowledge of all things plumbing & heating? We are looking for a Plumbing and Heating Manager.

You will be joining our branch in Aylesford, There is already a fantastic, well-established team of 55 colleagues, and we also have a successful Tool Hire department. You will have 2 colleagues in P+H will report to you and the branch operates its own P+H Department. The branch itself has a footfall of 300 customers collecting per day. The Branch Manager has created a fun, friendly, and professional atmosphere, so you will be in great hands.  
 
Hours - Monday - Friday 7.30am-5pm and Saturdays as and when required.

What will I be doing?
  • No one day is the same as the next in TP branch life, but with your new found knowledge, here are a few pointers:
  • Our success is built on strong relationships with our Trade customers, some we know on a first name basis, so it’s essential to be helpful and friendly at all times.
  • With your new expertise and knowledge of products and services we offer, you’ll be on the front line and a pivotal contact for new and existing customers, nurturing great relationships, understanding their needs in order to offer expert advice and recommending alternatives to meet their individual needs and maximise the sale of goods.
  • Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, your aim will be to ensure that all our colleagues and customers leave the Branch safely, by adhering to all stay safe policies and procedures.
  • What experience do you need?
  • With 100,000 product lines, previous experience within the Plumbing and Heating sector is desirable, but what we really need is a great attitude, hunger to learn and your transferable skills for great sales and customer Service.
