What you’ll do
As the Project Manager within Business Improvement you will help to deliver important projects that support the business strategy, on time and within budget. You will identify, prioritise and recommend improvements and best practice using lean thinking and technology to streamline activity and improve efficiency to reduce the BSS cost to serve. This is a varied wide ranging role working cross functionally with various departments within the business to support delivery for example of our digital strategy. As you will expect this role is high profile where you will be dealing with all levels of people so you will need to be comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders and the BSS board
Is this you
To be successful in this role you will need to have previous experience in a Project Management role, and have some understanding of our industry. It is important that you are self motivated and able to work at pace to fixed deadlines. Communication skills are so important within this role along with building strong relationships so being approachable and adaptable is needed to succeed. You will also need to effectively analyse, interpret and utilise data to help you make decisions. If you have passion, drive and a team player we really want to hear from you!
