The role
To maximise sales opportunities through the effective use of the project tracking system for Framework customers and other targeted projects. You will use both the telephone and email to liaise with customers and internal staff to gain the project information required and ensure up to date package information is passed to regional sales teams. You will also develop and maintain relationships internally within the CCF regions as well as with external customers and manufacturers.
What we are looking for
Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar phone based role with great customer service skills and able to relate to loads of different people. Self motivated, enthusiastic and organised, you will also have good IT skills.
