As a growing tile specialist in the UK, we maintain our thirst to please our customers through our fantastic Tile Giant stores and an equally fantastic team based at our combined Distribution and Support Centre.

The Regional Operations Support Manager is accountable for the direction and co-ordination of their Store Managers and the stores they manage treating the stores as they would their own.  They lead and role model our formula for growth, with a focus on our ambition and purpose, ensuring that all business objectives are met efficiently and effectively.  This role is especially dedicated to treating people well, understanding the needs of others and using positive relationships to get the job done properly and fairly.  We have an exciting opportunity available in our London region.

Understand what it takes to manage and run a business
Can manage around 8 very individual stores and their teams 
Can handle loads at once

You’ll need to be:

Great with people
An awesome communicator
Confident using and interpreting numbers and data
Independent and flexible
Prepared to challenge effectively  
Willing to drive around your region and sometimes out of it
Experienced in management
