CCF is a fast-paced business offering excellent benefits and offers an opportunity for career progression.  As a Regional Sales Account Manager, you will be sharing your success and good times with a hard-working and friendly team of people who will support you all the way. 

The role
Working in this key customer facing role, everything you do will be focused on delivering our strategy and nurturing our values. You will drive sales and continually review our products and markets in order to identify new opportunities within your region. 

You will be responsible for building strong and trusting relationships with our customers, whilst maintaining excellent communications with our key stakeholders.  The successful applicant will manage an existing customer base and be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction via regular contact and development of business plans.  Working with branches within the region to execute action plans and increase sales will be essential. 

What we are looking for
You will have experience in a similar role, or be from an internal sales background, coupled with a thorough understanding of Insulation and you will have worked in a similar role, or be from an internal sales background. The ideal applicant should be a confident and well-organised individual with great communication skills to maximise our selling opportunities.  Excellent time management skills are essential in order to drive the business forward by improving performance and sales. Commercial awareness and the ability to interpret information will also be key.
