We are recruiting a Reporting Specialist to join our Installations Department in Northampton.
Role Purpose:
To provide reporting support within the Installations Department that will enable service improvement and cost reduction, through the maintenance and development of performance data.
Key Accountabilities:
To provide relevant and timely information to Managers within the field and centre, that will be used to improve service and the Installation operation.
Ensure all reporting is accurate and produced on time.
Accommodate ad-hoc requests.
Prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met.
To complete any UAT as required.
What are we looking for?
Qualifications:
English and Maths and educated to A level
Experience:
Advanced excel and database management
At least 1 years relevant work experience in a contact centre reporting environment
Collaboration within a team structure to produce high quality output at pace
Skills:
Strong analytical skills
Confident and effective communicator
Knowledge:
Reporting and database systems
