Were looking for a Reward Specialist who puts colleagues at the heart of everything you do? Are you commercially aware and have a strong analytical background? 

Can you help us build a best in class annual bonus cycle and annual pay review? Do you love engaging and talking to people? If so, we are currently recruiting for a Reward Manager to join our Group Reward team. 

Location:Hybrid, Head office is located in Northampton you will be required to come in 1-2 times a week 

What you’ll do - Reward Specialist / Analyst - Compensation 

As the Reward Specialist you will support the Head of Reward and other Reward team members with the design, development and execution of compensation and other incentive related projects, policies, processes and initiatives.

Some accountabilities of the role: 

- Support the combined Group Annual Salary Review and Annual Bonus cycles
- Reviewing in the ongoing development, implementation and maintenance of all compensation related third party systems
- Provide guidance and coaching to the HR and wider business community on all compensation related matters
- Conduct benchmarking of market data, cost and model proposals and present findings/recommendations to ensure our total compensation offering remains competitive within the industry and the wider external market.
- Supporting our Job Evaluation process by liaising with HR Business Partners and their client groups

Is this you?

We’re looking for someone who has a previous background within Reward (ideally within a compensation specific role) and has a track record in delivering projects within a fast paced environment. You will be highly numerate, have excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail along with commercial awareness. You will love being a part of a team and working in collaboration with the business. It is important that you are keen in engagement and motivation and have the willingness to challenge the status quo.
