Reward Analyst
We’re expanding our HR and People team by recruiting a Reward Analyst to help shape and influence our future colleague experience.
Joining an evolving HR function, you will play a pivotal role through data insights and market research in supporting the business on a journey of change!
The Role:
It's an exciting time here at City Plumbing. We are at the start of our journey separating from the TP group. The opportunity for something new hangs in the air.
Over the next 12 months we will be setting up benefits schemes to ensure a seamless transition for colleagues, reviewing EVERYTHING to ensure our offering is competitive, relevant and purposeful, and there is also a complete HR and payroll system implementation. Oh! And not to forget. Have a whole lot of creative fun along the way.
The role is broad, really broad! You’ll be a benefits specialist, reward analyst, and if you have payroll and systems implementation experience that would also be great.
Areas of focus include:
Work with the wider team to successfully migrate the current benefit platforms into our own standalone business.
Enhance the colleague experience by collaboration with our internal comms team providing useful and relevant reward communication.
Show insight through data analysis that will influence decision-making.
Provide advice on the latest reward trends and initiatives ensuring our offering is always progressive and relevant to our colleagues.
Participate in a wide range of reward-related projects to develop and implement reward solutions that support business goals.
This is a remote-based role with very minimal travel into our head office is based in Crick, Northamptonshire.
This means you could be based across the UK - areas such as Birmingham, Cambridge, Coventry, Leamington Spa, Leicester, Luton, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Nottingham, Oxford, Peterborough.

Because of the nature of this role, you must have a background in Rewards/Benefits. If you have experience in a payroll background including implementing new systems then this would be advantageous.
This is a fixed term role due to the journey we will be on over the next 12 months. What we need today will be different in the future. Over this period permanent roles in the Reward team will be available in payroll, reward, and systems. Someone with the right behaviours will flourish in this role and have the possibility of becoming permanent.
It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets, and worked with the following products and/or services: HR Advisor. HR Generalist, People Advisor, Reward Advisor, Reward Analyst, HR Analyst, Benefits Advisor.
