F&P Wholesale has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our fast paced business and friendly team, where we work hard to simply deliver more for our customers and colleagues.

The role we're recruiting for:
Working in our sales office team, accurately processing orders and communicating with the customers.  We are looking for someone who naturally builds relationships and has a passion for delighting customers.

You will be responsible for:
  • Meeting and exceeding our customer experience targets.
  • Processing accurately incoming telephone and fax orders.
  • Communicate with the supply chain, warehouse and delivery teams to fulfill customer requirements departments and resolve queries. Liaise with the Account Manager as required.
  • Actively process customer queries and assist the Account Manager in reducing outstanding ‘ old monies ‘
  • Liaise with Transport Manager or Drivers re customer's needs and deliveries
It would be great if you had:
Previous experience in customer services, in a fast paced environment is essential and sales experience would be desirable. We would be looking for a professional manner with great communication and time management skills, you will need a keen eye for detail and accuracy while being self motivated.
