The Underfloor Heating Store is a market-leading online retailer of electric and water underfloor heating systems and associated products. We have any system for any floor. Your role is pivotal to our continued success, receiving warm customers leads, understanding their individual requirements, building trust and rapport as you go, and ultimately providing underfloor heating quotations, advice and designs to suit the customer’s needs. 

You will be personable and likeable, having the ability to adapt your style to instantly connect with either tradespeople or homeowners. Understanding them, demonstrating integrity and building trust is what we expect from you; delivering on what the customer needs not what we want to sell them. 

We are a successful business, with a family feel; passionate about what we do. Committed, fast-paced, hard working and having a lot of fun along the way. Those that do well, will earn well with a monthly commission based incentive scheme designed to reward those who go the extra mile, are able to multitask and can prioritise / keep a cool head dealing with the demands from our growing customer base.
