Senior Brand Manager - Benchmarx & TP Hire

As a Senior Brand Manager in our Travis Perkins Group Marketing & Digital team, you’ll lead brand and marketing strategies across two exciting businesses: Benchmarx Kitchens and Travis Perkins Hire. You’ll shape customer value propositions and deliver full-funnel campaigns that drive new customer acquisition and long-term loyalty.

You’ll also be part of the business’s Senior Leadership Team, playing a vital role in aligning marketing to strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing plans and customer value propositions for Benchmarx and TP Hire.

• Represent the customer voice, driving decisions based on real insight.

• Manage media planning and execution across all channels – from radio and OOH to digital.

• Write compelling copy and support radio ad production and placement.

• Collaborate with 3rd party agencies to deliver brand and acquisition campaigns.

• Use customer and campaign data to make smart marketing recommendations.

• Ensure websites reflect updated content and an optimal user experience.

• Manage internal and external resources to deliver timely, high-impact work.

• Ability to interpret data to optimise marketing strategies and present back results to stakeholders.

• Foster strong, collaborative relationships with branch and regional teams to drive alignment and support shared goals.

With your creativity, commercial thinking, and drive for results, you’ll bring marketing campaigns to life that are customer-focused and performance-driven. You’ll balance strategy with execution and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

Along with the above, you’ll also have:

• Desirable to have a degree in Marketing or Business.

• Previous experience in high-volume, multi-site marketing roles.

• Hands-on experience with multichannel campaigns, including digital and media buying.

• Familiarity with social media channel management and media metrics.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels.

• Proven ability to manage a budget and lead cross-functional teams.

• Confidence working in matrix environments with multiple stakeholders.

• Data-driven decision-making mindset and a keen eye for detail.
