We at Keyline are recruiting for a Senior Credit Controller to join our Credit Services team in Glasgow. Reporting into the Credit Control Manager, you will provide support and guidance to the Credit Control team of 10 whilst also managing your own portfolio of active accounts.

Furthermore, you’ll be tasked with reducing overdue balances through efficient management of the debtors accounts, effective reporting and working with key stakeholders to be more efficient in our processes.

Key accountabilities include:

• Monitor progress against collection targets and prepare for regular ledger reviews with the credit control supervisor, evidencing progress and highlighting specific issues and recommendations.

• Active chasing of overdue whilst ensuring that all outstanding invoice disputes are resolved and collected through liaising with Branch and / or customer.

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Escalation and reporting of all high risk accounts

• Working closely with the litigation team as and when required

• Working to structure deadlines at all times

• Respond positively to any changes in working practices/systems

• Review customer accounts, approve credit limits and escalate those that have exceeded limits and where appropriate liaise with senior staff.

• Undertake additional duties as allocated by Manager

To be considered, you’ll need to have proven and demonstrable experience as a credit controller. You will have excellent time management skills, be motivated and have the desire to succeed. This role involves working with stakeholders at all levels, so confidence in your ability to communicate at all levels within our business is key to this role.
