What you’ll do

As the Senior Marketing Manager for Benchmarx, you will be responsible for supporting our growth aspirations by developing an enviable brand, that will build a loyal customer base, increase customer spend and engage new customers.

As a leader, you will balance a hands on approach with inspiring and mentoring your team to deliver marketing campaigns, events, digital marketing plans and PR initiatives. You will pride yourself on your collaborative approach and building relationships across the business, placing the customer at the centre of everything you do.

As a relationship builder, you will be an expert at building partnerships, using your agency and 3rd party connections to drive continuous improvement in the ROI of marketing initiatives.

As the brand ambassador, you will ensure all campaigns support the growth of the Benchmarx brand and advise senior leaders in the business about the potential long-term implications of business decisions on the Benchmarx brand.

As a customer champion, you will feed actionable insights to the business, ensuring you are always pushing for improvements in customer experience and increased engagement.

As the digital thinker within Benchmarx, you will be managing the ecommerce P&L, driving the content strategy, developing a digital customer platform and taking ownership of the customer experience on both the Benchmarx website and across all social media.

Is this you? 

- Experience of operating as a Senior Marketing professional with experience in trade or consumer businesses 
- Significant experience leading a marketing team; with accountability for all marketing matters; budgeting and people development.
- Excellent networking, stakeholder management skills and experience in leading collaboration across cross functional and marketing teams 
- Multi-Channel Marketing Capabilities – able to deliver diverse campaigns to impact change and drive success across all marketing channels.
- Highly creative and numerate with proven ability to leverage analytics to inform and influence decision-making
