Showroom Manager - NEW BRANCH OPENING - BURNLEY 

We have a very exciting opportunity for a Showroom Manager to join our business and support the opening of our NEW Showroom branch in Burnley.  The Burnley branch is adjoined to our already established and successful Travis Perkins branch.  With a potential opening date of the beginning of September, you will be managing a Kitchen Designer and Business Developer. 
 
Joining our family as a Showroom Manager, you’ll be responsible for the profitability and maximisation within the showroom, through your team you’ll co-ordinate sales and purchasing, and must have the ability and experience to react to changes in company market share.

What will I be doing?
  • Joining as a Showroom Manager in our new Burnley branch with a team of two, you will need to quickly build strong relationships with our colleagues and customers so it’s essential you can coach and develop your new team to deliver the highest standards of service.  
  • Work closely with the branch team and local tradespeople you will quickly identify and develop sales opportunities for the new branch
  • You’ll encourage exceptional customer service, making sure we always go that extra mile to secure that repeated business.
  • Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, your aim will be to ensure that all our colleagues and customers leave the Branch safely, by adhering to all stay safe policies and procedures.
  • Being able to commercially manage all aspects of a Branch and business.

What experience do you need?
You don't need to come from our sector, we are looking for your transferable skills of Inspirational Leadership, Operational Management, Sales Experience, Great Customer Service and Commercial Acumen.
