Showroom Sales Manager

The perfect bathroom needs planning, it requires trust, a creative flair and the ability to bring an idea to life. To do this we are looking for a Bathroom Showroom Sales Manager to be an integral part of the Branch. 

On a day to day basis you will be inspiring customers, this involves building trusted relationships and quickly building rapport. Joining our Bathroom Showroom means you will be fully inducted by a L&D specialist. From there you’ll have a full network of experts including; buddy system, Showroom Sales Managers and Regional Show Sales Managers, CAD Champions and an online community. You may be the sole person in the showroom but you’ll never be alone! 

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the end to end sales journey for customers, putting their wants and needs at the forefront to ensure they gain the bathroom of their dreams.  

• Working with the wider Plumbing & Heating Branch to build relationships and cross sell to our current trade customers.

• Make sure the bathroom showroom is known locally, use creative ways to ensure the local area knows you are there and the brilliant service you offer. 

• Always striving to make your showroom the best in order to anticipate and exceed customer needs. Previous experience isn’t essential however the right positive attitude is.
