The perfect bathroom needs planning, it requires specialist knowledge, a creative flair and the ability to bring an idea to life. As Showroom Sales Manager, you’ll be the expert that comes to mind for our trade customers; you’ll be an extension of their business and support them by taking ownership of the sales process and providing a personalised experience for their clients.

As a core member of the showroom, you’ll work autonomously to provide this service whilst maintaining a proactive engagement with the local trade. At CPS, we will help you to achieve all of this and provide you with regular training, access to an online community to share best practice and the support of a dedicated Area Manager for showrooms.

Previous industry knowledge is not essential for this role, as long as you have the ambition to take ownership of your own success, we will provide you with the necessary training to succeed.
