We have a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Store Manager with a wide range of commercial skills to join our team where you will receive full support to help you transition into our world and flourish!

We are looking for people in the South East region where you could be located in the areas of Maidstone, Ashford, Poplar, Plaistow, Greenwich, Canary Wharf, Stratford & Hackney

We want people to apply who are looking to move into a new world, therefore, we are looking for transferable skills in Inspirational Leadership, Operational Management, Sales Experience, Great Customer Service and Commercial Acumen. We’re thinking people from Retail, FMCG, Wholesale and maybe even automotive sales could make an easy transition into our world.

How will we support and develop you?

During your first 6 months at CCF we will support you to learn about our business before landing you into a branch. You will shadow our key roles, be involved in different projects and working groups solving our key business problems, meet all of our teams, and some of our customers and suppliers. You will be supported with a management training programme for our first year with us and you will join our CCF Future Leaders Group.
