As a Store Manager at Tile Giant you will lead and motivate our high performing store teams to deliver an exceptional one to one customer experience that engages and inspires everyone who walks through our doors.

Responsible for the smooth and safe day to day running of the site, you will coach and develop your team to be the best they can be.  Of course, you’ll have a keen eye for detail in order to manage your store financials and the commercial experience to help deliver tactical sales plans that will keep your store ahead of its competition.

Our best Store Managers are full of enthusiasm and passion of our business. The customer is always at the forefront of their mind and they strive to meet their needs with each and every visit.
