Mainly remote, but we like to get to together once a week in Northampton, we feel it helps with building our culture! Tick!

We’re open on how much experience you have? You might have been in recruitment for 12 months, you might have been in Recruitment 20 years? We’re totally open!

So we’re keen to speak to you if you have the experience to provide solutions to the following types of challenges?

- Can you build relationships with a range of stakeholders?
- Can you work at pace?
- Do you understand the different nuances and challenges of finding talent across a range of different disciplines?
- Can you come up with creative ways of attracting talent?
- Do you have experience of writing compelling advert copy?
- Have you recruited in traditional head office functions such as Sales, Category, IT, Marketing, Finance, HR, Digital, Operations or Supply Chain?
- Can you find talent when others can’t?
- Have you got experience of market mapping?
- Are you able to manage a large portfolio of jobs and challenges?
- Do you consider yourself a good influencer?
- Have you got bundles of energy and initiative?
- Do you like variety?
- Do you like to be left to just get on with it!

No day will be the same (Genuinely) and we have a range of challenges and projects that we need someone to support with over the coming months, you won’t be bored!
