Tool Hire Fitter/Driver

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Travis Perkins team at Market Harborough as a ToolHire Fitter/Driver. You don’t need to have any experience as we can soon get you up to speed. We are just looking for someone with a passion for delivering a great customer experience.

What will you be doing?

• Supporting your Branch team to deliver an excellent service to our customers

• Servicing and testing tools and hire equipment ensuring they are safe for use and readily available for hire

• Delivering and collecting a wide variety of tools and equipment from our customers

• Over time gaining an understanding of customers needs and providing expert advice in order to make recommendations that  maximise our profitability

• Ensuring you adhere to all Tool Hire processes and procedures including Tool Hire audits and inspections

What experience do you need?

Whilst previous experience within the Plant and Hire Industry or a good understanding of electrical, petrol and diesel equipment would be advantageous, it is in no way essential. It doesn't matter what sector you come from, if you’ve got great customer service and sales skills we can teach you the rest.  A full clean UK driving licence is required.
