We are looking for what we call a Tool Hire Manager to take the reins of our Tool Hire department within our branch based Ipswich. This is medium sized branch with 19 colleagues and 4 delivery vehicles.The Branch Manager has created a fun and professional atmosphere, and with an experienced team you will be in good hands

What will I be doing?

Everyday will be a little different within a TP branch, 
  • Your focus will be to manage all aspects of running the branch. You will develop and execute a local sales action plan, whilst striving to exceed sales and revenue targets. 
    •  
  • You will support, coach and develop your team to ensure the highest level of service is provided to our customers 
    •  
  • You will build strong relationships with our customers to build trust and create returning business. 
    •  
  • You will build strong relationships with your team and customers and understand the importance of coaching, developing, sales whilst maintaining 
    •  
  • You will establish and maintain the correct stock levels to maintain optimum equipment utilisation to meet customer demands. 
What experience do you need?
 Previous Plant/Hire Industry experience or a good understanding of electrical, petrol and diesel equipment would be advantageous, but not essential
